Shipping
Prestige is required to commission other organizations to provide services (postage) to us on your behalf. We cannot he held responsible for the services, or quality thereof, provided by these organizations. We accept no responsibility for loss, damage or delay of orders due to incorrect information recieved or handling by other parties. Any shipped orders returned to us "unclaimed" will require payment for re-postage or will have to be collected from our offices.
Orders
COD orders are not undertaken. Confirmation of payment must be sent to us via fax or e-mail before any orders will be processed. Failure to do so may result in delay of orders. Orders received in December will only be dispatched in the new year.
